America’s Top 200 List
#95-81
#81 Jordin Southall - Class of 2027 Outside - Club: Game Point - Commit: Vanderbilt
Southall was having a terrific rise with her class before injuries nagged her for nearly a year. That slowed her during her recruiting year, and it showed for a large part of it. Vandy stuck with Southall and it will pay off. She is a dynamic athlete who will be welcomed in Nashville and is SEC caliber with raw skills, but a whip of an arm. When good, Jordin has a 3-step of around 123 inches already. She really could be one of the sleepers in the Top 100.
#82 Malorie Boesiger - Class of 2027 Setter - Club: Nebraska ONE - Commit: Nebraska
I love the commitment to Malorie, and it’s a great value commitment for the Huskers. She will simply be an additional coach in the program (and I mean that in the most complimentary of ways). I had conversations with Boesiger this Spring, and I was so impressed with her understanding of the college game on the court and off. She simply gets it. Those athletes are irreplaceable in a locker room and culture. She was born in a gym and born a Husker so her attitude and effort will never be questioned. Her hands are butter and her iQ is off the charts. She can jump in and command a huddle or handle a coach; she is simply one of my favorite “people” in this class (and yes, a few of the others are coaches' kids also). Another little thing, but one I think shows exactly who Malorie is and what Nebraska gets with her. When I attended Dream Team this Summer, many of their commits were in attendance. Some didn’t bother to participate in camp at all. Some kind of hopped into drills for a while and then would hop out after a while and sit with other players and watch. Others would take a couple of reps and then go sit down, almost like they wanted everyone to recognize them, and then go sit down again, so everyone would recognize them. Then there was Malorie, who took every single rep of camp like she was out working for a scholarship still every day, working with other campers, other setters, almost coaching other prospects. Exactly like you would expect her to do. Exactly the effort you will get from her every single day she is a Husker. She is a worker and a winner and a heck of a setter.
#83 Hunter Ross - Class of 2027 Middle - Club: Metro - Commit: UCLA
Ross’ detractors will say she is too small to play middle in the big time. She is quick off the court and creates shots. Ross made big strides this season and was coveted by several Top 20 programs. She’s an athlete who will need to continue to work to find different ways to be effective offensively, but her block touch is legit, and when given the quick set, she is highly efficient. She will do damage as a Bruin.
#84 Chloe Burbage - Class of 2028 Setter/Opp - Club: NC Academy - Commit: UC
Burbage is growing into a top prospect in this class, and coaches are realizing it. I loved her at Nationals with her NC Academy squad. I was NOT sure at all Day 1 of Dream Team camp watching her vs. the best of the best, but then she got a little feisty on day 2 and more aggressive on her block and settled in with her setting and attacking when moved to the RS. Her frame screams that she is going to grow and get stronger, and that only means positive things. She has excellent ball placement, and her length gives her the ability to play at a high level already. Again, questions are going to come from strength concerns right now, but I really think those things get covered with maturity, so I think Burbage’s ceiling is very high and puts her up in that elite setter group of 2028.
#85 Chayse Courtney - Class of 20228 - Club: Vision Volleyball - Commit: UC
Chayse is one of the best ‘28s on the West Coast. Already touching 123 inches and a very decorated resume. She has visited all of the top Select Camps on the West Coast and is a veteran of NTDP. Look for Courtney this season during club to see if she takes that next step and starts to be a dominant OH and standout from others.
#86 Gigi Artilles - Class of 2026 Outside - Club: Tribe - Commit: Georgia
An early verbal that truly got things rolling for the Dawgs in the 2026 Class Artilles was a hot rising prospect who is a fierce attacker. She is going to Athens to score! She is the lead for the top class in Georgia for a long time.
#87 Annabelle Ross - Class of 2028 Middle - Club: AZ Storm - Commit: UC
Ross is a quiet star of the class, maybe her own club. She is a defensive blocking machine, and though she is quiet off the court, Ross is a big weapon on it. Work remains to become an automatic offensive weapon, but she can shut down lanes and handle a top attacker right now! This is a big season for her stock-wise as she is a rising ’28 star.
#88 Nadiya Shelby - Class of 2026 - Club: Houston Skyline - Commit: Florida
Shelby is a rocket! This girl can fly! All around game is still developing, but she takes big swings when she gets them, and she plays high enough and quick enough to beat college blocks. She can be a situational college attacker right away.
#89 Piper Chylinski - Class of 2027 - Club: CITY Volleyball - Commit: TCU
One if the best on the coast TCU grabbed Piper and it was a huge recruiting W for Frogs. Strong and aggressive, she is underrated nationally, but should come in and push for time right away in Texas.
#90 Kaitlyn Nguyễn - Class of 2026 - Club: Commit: Washington
One of the best liberos every session at NTDP, Nguyen stayed close to home and attended Washington, and had offers from several large programs. She may not look like the smoothest bro in America, but ask anyone who attends USA VB events with her, Nguyen is dang good.
#91 Mallory Johnson - Class of 2027 - Club: FaR Out Volleyball - Commit: Nebraska
Was able to see the newest Huskers libero recruit at Dream Team camp and just like Boesiger, Johnson was involved in the entire camp and was impressive! Another prospect who probably suffered from playing at a smaller club throughout her prep days, but that does not diminish her talent. She is quick, but loves her quiet feet, and she gets touches on so many random balls and keeps them in play somehow. Mallory is a 17-year-old whom I will watch much more of for sure. Husker fans have to be excited for her arrival.
#92 Gabi Rodriquez - Class of 2027 - Club: Madfrog - Commit: Texas A&M
Rodriquez really started making noise in the USA Volleyball system this past year. Earning a spot on the national team this last summer. The Aggie commit and Madfrog vet is a throwback, smaller libero, low to the court, and getting to anything close to the court. Quick first step and reaction time up there with the best. Texas A&M is excited to add her to the mix.
#93 McKenzie Andrews - Class of 2029 Middle - Club: Legacy - Commit: UC
Andrews is legit and one of the brightest young stars in the sport. She is a member of the U17 National Team and has starred for Legacy’s dominant national team. A physical middle, but smooth in her routes and her approach. Right now, McKenzie is on everyone’s list, and you will hear about her much more as she climbs this list!
#94 Jordyn Gray - Class of 2026 Outside - Club: Carolina Juniors - Commit: Louisville
She WAS a surprise prospect a year ago for the Cards, but then Gray started getting invites to NTDP events, and well, now she’s just a prospect that makes many other coaches jealous they didn’t know about her sooner. Simply a small club athlete who was raw, but have we said this one before… can really jump and is extremely physical when she swings (I guess big time programs like Louisville like that sort of thing, no matter what your xxx website ranking is). Gray has earned her way up the USA VB charts and gains confidence with every event she is invited to. Make no mistake, she still needs reps and needs reps in BIG GYM competitions to get herself ready for life at Louisville, but she has come a long, long way, ability and confidence-wise, in the past 18 months, and the high-ceiling ability IS THERE and you can’t coach that.
#95 Sydney Burley - Class of 2026 Libero - Club: MN Select - Commit: Kentucky
Burley was a fast riser, really out of nowhere, starting with NIT her 16s season. A fierce competitor, Burley is locked in on the court and is a playmaker. She steadily became more and more reliable as a top-notch serve-receive weapon as her career has gone on. Communication has never been a problem for Burley, and her feet are alive on the court. Often looked over for bigger national competitions, Burley was finally recognized, earning a jersey for the UA All-American match. It will be great watching her finally get the opportunity to square off vs. the other top dogs in the class. Heading to Kentucky, she will have an opportunity to come in and contribute early, but expectations will be extremely high as they always are in Lexington. Burley will have the fire to compete there.
