Rachel Bower | 2029 | OH/OPP | Idaho Crush

Rachel Bower is showing a major jump early in the 2029 class. Across the same 29-set sample, Bower has gone from 82 kills last season to 172 this season, while increasing her kills per set from 2.78 to 5.90. Her blocks have also climbed from 3 to 13, adding another dimension to her impact at the net. At 6-foot-1 with a 120 block touch and 122 approach touch, Bower has the physical tools to match the production. Bower is no stranger to big-stage success, earning 2024 USAV 15 National Tournament MVP and a spot on the 2025 USAV 15 Open All-Tournament Team. This season’s numbers suggest she’s taking another step forward with Idaho Crush and Skyview High School. 

Lucy Waleskowski | 2029 | S/OPP | NKYVC

Lucy Waleskowski is showing continued growth across the same sample of games compared with last season. Her biggest jump came in assists, increasing from 203 to 229, while her digs also climbed from 70 to 84. Her kills and blocks remained close to last season’s numbers. At 6-foot-0, Waleskowski brings size and versatility to the S/OPP position. She also has experience on some of the biggest stages, including two NTDP Experiences, Big South Supernova, the AVCA Phenom Watch List, and multiple high school honors including GGCL First Team.

Ava Cooper | 2029 | LIB/DS | South Point High School

Ava Cooper is making a major jump defensively compared with the same point last season. Cooper has gone from 65 digs to 191, while her digs per set have increased from 2.16 to 3.70. She has also added to her serving production, going from 22 aces to 24. At 5-foot-7, Cooper has already built an impressive résumé, earning Gaston County Player of the Year in 2024, along with First Team All-Conference and 5A All-Region honors as a freshman. She has also landed on the AVCA Phenom Watch List and NCVBCA Players Watch List.

Lila Jensen | 2029 | LIB/DS | Alliance Volleyball Club

Lila Jensen is taking another step forward defensively this season, increasing her digs from 36 to 50 across the same 13-set sample. Her digs per set have also jumped from 2.84 to 3.80, showing a clear increase in her impact in the back row. Jensen has already built an impressive résumé with Lipscomb Academy, including being named a 2025 GJNC All-Tournament Team selection, a 2025 TSSAA Midseason Top Player, and the team's 2025 leader in digs, aces per set and receptions. She has also earned UA NEXT MVP honors and participated in 2026 NTDP Training and UA NEXT.

Geralynn Byers-Veal | 2029 | OH | Austin Juniors Volleyball

Geralynn Byers-Veal is showing strong growth at the net this season, increasing her kills from 222 to 256 and her total blocks from 35 to 51 across the same 84-set sample. That’s 34 more kills and 16 more blocks than she had at this point last season. At 6-foot-1 with a 125 approach touch, Byers-Veal brings plenty of size and athleticism to the outside position as she continues to develop her game with Austin Juniors Volleyball.

Roxy Rigo | 2029 | S/OH | Mintonette

Roxy Rigo has made a major jump in her setting production this season, going from 8 assists to 240 across 35 sets. That works out to 6.86 assists per set, compared with just 0.23 last season. She has also increased her digs from 65 to 87, while her kills moved from 112 to 44 and blocks from 14 to 11. A 6-foot S/OH, Rigo already has an impressive résumé that includes 2025 USA Nationals MVP, JVA All-National Team, AVCA Phenom recognition, All-District honors, and both 2026 NTDP and UA NEXT experience. Her expanded setting role adds another layer to an already versatile game.

Alexandria White | 2029 | OH/OPP | WPVC

Alexandria White is showing a clear jump in production this season, increasing her kills from 32 to 61 across the same 16-set sample. Her digs have also doubled from 22 to 44, while her aces increased from 5 to 6 and blocks went from 0 to 3. The 5-foot-11 OH/OPP from Bishop Moore High School already has high-level tournament experience, earning 2024 and 2025 AAU All-American honors, a spot on the 2025 USAV All-Tournament Team, and helping WPVC to a 2025 USAV 14 Open Silver finish.

Stella Smith | 2029 | LIB/DS | Legacy | PPV TBD

Stella Smith is showing continued defensive growth at the same point in the season, increasing her digs from 87 to 93 across 25 sets. Her digs per set have also climbed from 3.20 to 3.70, showing an increase in her defensive impact. Smith has 26 assists this season compared with 30 last season, while her aces have moved from 17 to 9. The 5-foot-7 LIB/DS from Clarkston High School already has a strong résumé, including 2025 AAU National Champion, 2025 AAU All-American, Freshman Player of the Week, and OAA Red All-Conference, All-District and All-Region honors. She has also received a UA NEXT Camp invite.

Emilie Mark | 2029 | OH/OPP | Alliance Volleyball

Emilie Mark is making a big jump in production this season, increasing her kills from 89 to 163 across the same 47-set sample. Her digs have nearly tripled from 31 to 91, while her aces have jumped from 2 to 21. Her blocking numbers have dipped from 26 to 16, but her overall offensive, defensive and serving production has taken a clear step forward. At 6-foot-2 with a 120 approach touch, Mark brings strong size to the OH/OPP position. She has also been successful on the national stage, earning an All-Tournament Team selection at USAV Nationals in the 15 National Division while helping her club finish fifth. Mark was also part of a USAV 14U National Division runner-up team and earned All-Region Tournament Team honors with Christ Presbyterian Academy.

Makinley Ramsey | 2029 | LIB/DS | VCN

Makinley Ramsey is showing steady growth in the back row this season, increasing her digs from 18 to 34 across the same 23-set sample. Her digs per set have nearly doubled, moving from 0.76 to 1.50, while her aces have more than doubled from 4 to 9. She has also added two more assists, going from 7 to 9. Ramsey has already gained high-level recognition, attending the Nebraska Dream Team as a freshman. With her defensive and serving numbers trending upward, she’s a 2029 LIB/DS to keep watching with VCN and Norris High School.
