The Next Wave: Player Profiles ‘30 and ‘31, Week 15

While we don’t rank the Class of 2031 due to their early stage of development, there is no shortage of standout talent from these young athletes worth recognizing. We’re excited to highlight these prospects from the Classes of 2030 and 2031 and look forward to tracking their growth and sharing their journeys.

Class of 2030

​

Chloe Radtke: Blue level libero/DS- MVA 14 National 

Chloe Radtke brings strong ball control and a reliable serve game to the back row for MVA 14 National. She helped her team capture first place in the Gold bracket at the Mid-Atlantic Opener, showcasing her consistency in serve receive and defensive play.

Elliott Cook: Blue level libero/DS- HJV 15 Elite 

Elliott Cook is a composed defensive presence who brings great hustle and energy to the back row, staying focused and making plays when her team needs them. She helped her team capture the 2025 USAV National Championship, adding championship experience to her developing game.

Emma Howard: Blue level setter- VOLT 14-1

Emma Howard is a dynamic setter who brings plenty of energy to the court and is willing to step into any role her team needs. Her versatility and competitive mindset give her plenty of potential as she continues to develop her game.

​

Camila Murillo: Blue level MB- MVA 15 National 

Camila Murillo has already made an impact at the high school level, earning a spot on varsity at Florida Christian High School as a freshman while continuing to develop as a middle blocker. She was nominated for All-Around Club and Most Improved honors and received the 2026 MVA Coach’s Award, highlighting her work ethic, versatility, and potential.

Ava Bryant: Blue level setter- Jacksonville Skyline 14 Black 

Ava Bryant is a developing setter who has already gained valuable exposure through the UA Next Camp and a UNCP College Camp. She was also recognized as a Prep Dig Showcase Top Performer, showcasing the potential she brings to the court as she continues to grow her game.

Alex Holba: MB- GVC 14 Black

At 6 feet tall with a 9'9" approach touch, Alex Holba brings strong physical tools and plenty of upside to the middle blocker position. Coming from New York, she is an emerging prospect from a state that has fewer nationally recognized names on the recruiting radar, making her development one to watch.

Mattea Anthony: libero/DS- Anthracite Attack 15 Black

Mattea Anthony has been a consistent contributor from the back row, earning MVP honors at both the Lehigh University and Penn State Hazleton tournaments. She has also helped Anthracite Attack post multiple top finishes throughout the season, continuing to build confidence and experience as a defensive specialist.

Charlotte Clayton: setter- A4 15 Tara 

Charlotte Clayton is a hard-working setter who brings strong hustle to the court and consistently puts in extra work outside of practices and games. She has also gained additional exposure at the UC Irvine Prospect Camp, continuing to develop her skills and build experience at the position.

Class of 2031

​

Ava Carlson: setter- VOLT 14-1

Ava Carlson is a promising young setter who is continuing to build her skills and experience through both club and college camp opportunities. She attended the St. Cloud State College Camp and the Freeze Volleyball Camp hosted by Minnesota Forge, giving her a strong foundation to build on as she develops.

Cameron Amsbaugh: MB- VOLT 13-1 

Cameron Amsbaugh is a developing middle blocker who already shows a high volleyball IQ for her age, allowing her to read the game and make smart plays. With plenty of room to continue growing her skills and physical game, she is a young prospect with an encouraging future ahead.

Riley Pawlak: libero/DS- 863 Elite 14-1 

Riley Pawlak shows strong court awareness from the back row, allowing her to anticipate plays and stay in position defensively. She continues to build her game by attending clinics and putting in extra work outside of team practices, giving her a solid foundation for continued development.

Reahlin Riney: OH/DS- Arete 14 Navy Telos 

Reahlin Riney brings a fast, powerful swing to the court and shows the ability to make an impact as both an outside hitter and defensive specialist. She was recognized as a Prep Dig Showcase Top Performer, adding an early accomplishment to her developing resume.

Olivia Blake: setter/RS- OTVA 14 National 

Olivia Blake is a versatile setter and right-side who brings consistent hustle and energy to the court. She attends Calvary Christian in Florida and continues to develop her game across multiple roles.

​

Rylee Lagarde: OH/RS- Legacy 14-1 Adidas

At 5'10", Rylee Lagarde brings good size and versatility to the outside and right-side positions while maintaining a positive attitude on the court. She finished her season at USAV Nationals, gaining valuable experience competing against strong competition as she continues to develop her game.

Ashlynn Garcia: libero/DS- APV 14 National Black 

Ashlynn Garcia is a high-motor defensive specialist who is always in pursuit of the ball and brings impressive hustle to every rally. She was also selected to participate in the 2026 All State Game, adding an early accomplishment to her developing resume.
