Diamond Level

Cala Haffner | 2028  | Pineapple High Performance

Cala Haffner is in a tier of her own right now in the 2028 libero group. Her résumé speaks for itself, U19 National Team, NTDP lifer, MaxPreps All-American honors, AVCA All-Region, and a 4A State Championship, but even that doesn’t fully capture her impact. She’s been described as a potential “GOAT-level” libero prospect, and that honestly tracks when you watch her. She’s the type of player attackers actively go after just to test themselves, and she still finds ways to control matches from the back row. Everything about her stands out: confidence, presence, consistency, and the way others talk about her game. Haffner isn’t just one of the best in the 2028 class: she’s one of the top libero prospects we’ve seen at the high school level, period.

Silver Level

She plays with a high level of intensity and focus, and what really stands out is how efficient she is—no wasted movement, clean platform, and always in control. She covers a ton of ground despite not having the same length as some others in the class, and does it through positioning and instincts, not just athleticism. She’s also not a player who overextends, she stays disciplined and only goes to the floor when needed, which speaks to her control and feel for the game. Osborn brings a competitive edge and consistency that translate at a high level, and she continues to show she’s a legit top-tier libero with winning upside in this class.
