Create a Player ProfileSEC Camps Draw Major Talent Ahead of June 15th

The college camp season is officially underway and several programs in the SEC have been busy evaluating future stars. Here are some of the programs within the SEC that had eye-catching camps this past week.
Kentucky
Unsurprisingly, being the national runners-up and winning their ninth consecutive SEC title means that the Wildcats have a lot of pull. As a result, this may have been the best-ever camp under Craig Skinner as far as high-level prospect attendance is concerned. The presence of Diamond-level 2029 outside hitter Lexi Coleman especially caught our eye. The U17 national team member has already camped with top programs like Nebraska and Penn State, and will be a huge pickup for whichever program appeals most to her next June.
Notably, there were a handful of setters from the 2029 class in attendance, including top-tier prospects Roxy Rigo (Red, Mintonette) and Carolyn Maria (Silver, Metro). The team has orange-level Caroline Prihoda coming in 2026, but this makes us wonder if Skinner is looking for a marquee replacement for Kassie O’Brien once her (presumed) five years are up in 2029. 2028 setter Molly Monday (Silver, Tribe) was also present at the camp.
Missouri
Despite this past season being a bit of a down year for Mizzou’s Dawn Sullivan era, it clearly hasn’t impacted the Tigers’ ability to draw top 2028 talent to its college camp ahead of June 15th. This past weekend, high-profile prospects like Avery Minor (Red-level opposite from MN Select) and Anabelle Cummings (Elite Red-level libero from AZ Revolution) showed off their skills in front of Coach Sullivan and her staff. Sullivan and co. are likely on the hunt for some depth in the littles department, and Cummings would be a great get. Additional libero prospects at the camp included Haedyn Lynnes (Elite Orange, Dynasty), Ellee Ford (Blue, Top Flight), and Avery Whaley (Premier Nebraska).
Oklahoma
The Sooners also had themselves a nice camp. In attendance were several high-level middle prospects including Leighton Froehlich (Elite Orange, Premier NE) and Milena Aebischer (Elite Orange, NC Academy), both of whom are in the 2028 class. There were also quite a few setters in the gym, including 2029s Olivia Arlt (Orange, Northern Lights), Bre Wolford (Houston Skyline), and Andie Blomenkamp (Premier NE). Another notable participant was in-state libero Alexys “Doodle” Willis, an Elite Orange 2030 prospect who plays for Oklahoma Peak. Willis has already been picking up quite a bit of momentum in the past few months, so getting her in the gym now is a good idea if Coach Mansfield is hoping to keep her in the Sooner State.
