Weekly Risers: Who’s Catching Our Attention?

Hartley Mueller | 2029 | OH | Triangle | PPV: 93.9

Hartley Mueller is continuing to build momentum in the 2029 class, and her recent Select Camp additions at Purdue, Creighton and Michigan give us another reason to keep her firmly on the radar. The 6'1" outside hitter already brings plenty of high-level experience, with five NTDP appearances, two Under Armour Middle School MVP honors, PrepVolleyball Club All-American recognition and AVCA Phenom honors. That résumé, combined with her continued camp exposure, makes Mueller a player whose recruiting profile is clearly gaining traction. With a 93.9 PPV, Mueller is already one of the stronger prospects in the class, and the latest wave of college interest only adds to the momentum we're seeing around her.

Ellery Ames | 2029 | MB/OPP | Sanford Sports Academy-Fargo | PPV: 85.7

Ellery Ames is one of the 2029 players making some serious noise as recruiting attention starts to build. The 6'2" MB/OPP has added Select Camp opportunities at Temple, West Virginia and UConn, with plenty of other programs also taking notice. Ames already has valuable high school experience under her belt, having played varsity volleyball as a freshman at Fargo Davies High School and now heading into her sophomore season. At 117" on the block and 121" on her approach, she brings a strong physical foundation to both positions. With a 85.7 PPV, Ames is a player whose profile is trending in the right direction. The combination of early varsity experience, positional versatility and growing college interest makes her one to keep an eye on as the 2029 class continues to develop.

Rylie Gillespie | 2027 | LIB/DS | Cleveland Volleyball Company

Rylie Gillespie is making the Weekly Risers after an important recruiting milestone, verbally committing to Case Western Reserve University on June 15, 2026. The commitment gives her plenty of momentum heading into her senior season at Lakeview High School. Gillespie has already built a strong high school résumé, earning Portage Trail Conference Second Team honors as both a freshman and sophomore, along with District 1 Division 6 Second Team recognition as a sophomore. She's also left her mark in the Lakeview record book, holding school records for most digs in a set (15), most digs in a game (41) and most digs in a season (445). With her college decision now settled, Gillespie heads into her senior season with a new opportunity to finish her high school career on a high note and continue building toward the next level.

Elliot Dorgan | 2029 | OH | Paramount | PPV: 85.8

Elliot Dorgan is another 2029 outside hitter whose recruiting profile is starting to pick up some serious momentum. After earning District First Team honors last season at Woodbridge High School, Dorgan is now adding some major names to her summer schedule with Select Camp opportunities at Michigan, UCLA and USC. At 6'1", Dorgan already brings a strong physical profile to the pin, and the combination of early high school success and growing interest from high-level programs makes her a player worth watching as the 2029 class develops. With a 85.8 PPV, Dorgan is continuing to trend upward, and these latest camp additions are a good indication that more eyes are starting to follow her game.

Isabella Robberson | 2028 | LIB/DS | Oklahoma Charge | PPV: 87.7

Isabella Robberson is making the Weekly Risers after continuing to build a strong résumé in both club and high school volleyball. The 2028 libero/DS was named to the 2026 AVCA Phenom Watchlist, adding another national-level recognition to a résumé that already includes a 2024 AAU National Championship and a 2025 4A State Championship. Robberson also served as captain of the 2024 Peak 15s team and put together an impressive 601-dig season in 2025, showing the consistency and defensive presence she brings to the back row. She has also earned an Exact Camp International Team Selection, giving her another opportunity to compete in a high-level environment. With a 87.7 PPV, Robberson is continuing to build momentum in the 2028 class and is a defensive player worth keeping on the radar.

Kiya Boggan | 2027 | MB/OPP | Paramount VBC | PPV: 87.0

Kiya Boggan is a 6'4" MB/OPP who continues to build a résumé full of high school recognition. She was named to the 2026 AVCA Girls High School All-America Watch List, adding to previous honors including 2025 AVCA All-Region, AVCA Phenom Watch List and Maryland HS All-Tournament Team recognition. Boggan has also been recognized as a “Stars Who Shined” performer at the 2025 Capitol Hill Classic and earned Honorable Mention All-County recognition in 2024. Her combination of size and positional versatility gives her plenty of ways to impact the game at the net. While her Coppin State commitment came back in May, we're keeping Boggan in the conversation as she heads toward her final high school season. At 6'4", she's a player with the physical tools to continue making an impact at the next level.

Hailey Lee | 2030 | S/DS | SC Rockstar | PPV: 88.5

Hailey Lee is making the Weekly Risers after putting together a strong stretch of development and getting tons of reps as she continues to grow her game. The 2030 S/DS brings a versatile skill set to the court and is coming off a 2025 GJNC 13 Open third-place finish with SC Rockstar. Lee has also earned a UA NEXT invitation and was a Principal's Scholarship recipient, adding to a résumé that already shows both volleyball upside and strong work off the court. Now in the high school season with Mater Dei High School, Lee has another opportunity to keep building on that momentum. Her continued development and increased reps make her a player we're excited to keep watching as she moves forward.

Evelyn Shirk | 2029 | S/OPP | 1st Alliance | PPV: 92.2

Evelyn Shirk is back on the Weekly Risers after continuing to take another step forward offensively heading into the high school season. The 2029 S/OPP has already built an impressive résumé, with four NTDP Training Series appearances, 15 Open All-Tournament Team honors, PrepVolleyball 15U Second Team All-American recognition, JVA Class of 2029 All-National Team honors and a 2025 Duneland Athletic Conference All-DAC selection. She also attended the 2026 UA NEXT Camp in Indianapolis. Shirk has spent time playing both setter and opposite, but her right-side game continues to be what catches our attention. She's been competing up against older athletes for years, and her explosive vertical game and aggressive swing allow her to hold her own despite still developing physically for the position. Coming into this high school season, Shirk looks noticeably more polished in her attacking, particularly with her swing. That continued development is exactly why she's back on the list. With a 92.2 PPV, she's one of the 2029 players we're watching closely as her offensive game continues to take shape.

Claire Bolton | 2028 | OH/OPP | Alamo | PPV: 87.8 | TCU Commit

Claire Bolton is making her way onto the Weekly Risers after a strong run this club season that continued to put her on our radar. The OH/OPP has been playing with confidence and consistency, showing the ability to make an impact from both pin positions. Bolton's résumé already includes All-Tournament Team honors at the 2025 Nike Tournament of Champions and a third-place finish in 15 Open with All-Tournament recognition. This season, she helped Alamo finish 5th in 16 Open at Nationals, adding another strong result against high-level competition. Now heading into her high school season at Cornerstone Christian, Bolton has a chance to keep that momentum going. With a 87.8 PPV, she's a player we're excited to continue tracking — and TCU is getting a good one when she eventually arrives in Fort Worth.

Annelise Wagner | 2030 | OH | United VBA | PPV: 82.6

Annelise Wagner is making the Weekly Risers after continuing to show noticeable development heading into the high school season. The 2030 outside hitter has been playing well recently, and one area that's particularly stood out is her improved blocking, adding another dimension to her game at the net. Wagner brings a strong competitive background despite still being early in her volleyball journey. She has qualified for the USAV GJNC Open Division, competed in 14 Open with Alamo Premier, and was part of three ISAL championship teams during middle school. Now beginning her high school season at Reagan High School, the 5'9" OH has another opportunity to continue building momentum. With an 82.6 PPV, Wagner is a young player whose recent development makes her someone worth keeping an eye on this season.

Addison Wells | 2030 | S/OPP | Alamo | PPV: 89.5

Addison Wells is making the Weekly Risers after continuing to prove she can play above her age level. The 2030 S/OPP has already earned varsity experience at Brandeis High School and put together a huge year with Alamo 14 Premier. Her production speaks for itself: 1,040 assists, 260 kills, 100 aces, 385 digs and 48 blocks over the club season. That combination gives a pretty clear picture of Wells' all-around game and the different ways she can impact a match. What stands out most is her mentality as a setter. Wells is a smart, aggressive player who isn't afraid to call her own number. She's developed a dangerous setter dump and understands when to put pressure on a defense instead of simply distributing the ball. Her résumé also includes UA NEXT MVP honors in 2026, multiple UA NEXT camp appearances and qualifications for both the National and Open divisions at USAV Nationals while playing up through different age groups. With an 89.5 PPV, Wells is already building a strong foundation in the 2030 class. Her ability to play multiple roles, produce statistically and compete up in age makes her one of the younger players we're excited to keep watching.

Chloe Summerville | 2028 | S/OPP | 3DGE | PPV: 86.4

Chloe Summerville is back on the Weekly Risers after adding another notable recognition to her growing résumé: the 2026 AVCA Phenom Watchlist. The 2028 S/OPP has continued to establish herself as a versatile player, earning multiple JVA Setter Watchlist selections and recognition on the 2025 PrepVolleyball Club Watch List. She's also taken on leadership roles throughout her career, serving as captain of REV 16-1 and previously captaining her JV team as a freshman at North Catholic High School. Summerville has also experienced success at the high school level as well. As a freshman, she helped North Catholic finish runner-up in the WPIAL Class 4A, later earning WPIAL Class 4A Section 2 Second Team recognition. With a 86.4 PPV, Summerville continues to add to her profile heading into another important stretch of development. The latest AVCA recognition is another sign that her name is continuing to gain attention in the 2028 class.

Sierra Thomas | 2029 | OH | Maryland Juniors | PPV: 87.2

Sierra Thomas is making the Weekly Risers after adding 2026 AVCA Phenom Watchlist recognition to her growing resume. The 6'0" outside hitter has already made an impact at Bishop McNamara High School, earning First Team All-Conference and All-WCAC honors last season. She's also continued putting herself in front of college coaches through extensive camp experience, gaining valuable exposure while continuing to develop her game. Thomas brings some serious physical tools to the pin, including a 125" approach touch, giving her the ability to play high above the net and create problems offensively. With an 87.2 PPV, Thomas is another 2029 player continuing to build momentum. Between her early high school success, growing experience and latest AVCA recognition, she's a name we're keeping on the radar moving forward.

Audrey Schaeffer | 2027 | LIB/DS | Rockwood Thunder | PPV: 91.8 | Wyoming Commit

Audrey Schaeffer is heading into her senior season with a résumé that already includes plenty of recognition at the state and regional levels. The Rockwood Thunder libero/DS has earned Missouri All-State, First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District honors, along with Academic All-State recognition and a Show Me Qualifier All-Tournament Team selection. Schaeffer has also continued to gain experience in high-level environments through the USAV NTDP Accelerator and as a UA NEXT athlete, adding another layer to an already strong defensive résumé. Now entering her final season at Incarnate Word, Schaeffer has one more year to put a stamp on her high school career before heading to Wyoming. With a 91.8 PPV, we're keeping her on the risers as she gets ready for that final chapter.

Stella Warren | 2029 | OH/DS | Mississippi Velocity Volleyball Club | PPV: 81.6

Stella Warren is one we're excited to keep an eye on as the 2026 high school season gets underway. The 2029 OH/DS is coming off a strong year at Jackson Academy, where she collected several individual honors, including the Best Offensive Player Award, Ace Serving Award and JV Most Kills Award. Warren has already shown that she can impact the game in multiple ways, also earning Best Passer, Best Attacker and MVP honors during her middle school career. She has been part of championship-level teams as well, helping Jackson Academy win the 2025 MAIS Junior Varsity State Championship and reach the MAIS D1 Varsity State Championship final. Those accomplishments give us a good starting point, but now we're interested to see what comes next. This season will be another opportunity for Warren to show how much her game has developed, and we'll be watching to see how she builds on what she accomplished last year. With an 81.6 PPV, Warren is a player we're looking forward to tracking throughout the high school season.
