Quincey Payne is an early name to know in the 2031 class, already earning recognition for her impact with Club Sol Volleyball. The 5'8" OH/OPP was named Player of the Month for Club Sol, an early indication of the offensive potential and versatility she brings to the court. Payne's ability to contribute from both the outside and opposite positions gives her multiple ways to impact a match. Kailey Lane has already built an impressive amount of national-level experience for a 2029 libero. The Rockwood Thunder standout has attended USAV Nationals five times, giving her years of experience competing against some of the best players in the country. That experience has translated into results. Lane helped her team finish fifth in the nation in 14 Open and 21st nationally in 13 Open, while also earning an invitation to the Gateway Region NTDP in 2024. Lane has continued to make her mark at the high school level with Belleville East. During her freshman season, she recorded 354 digs, 356 serve-receive receptions, 42 aces, 216 service points and 51 assists, averaging 9.1 digs per match. She was also named Lancer Defensive Player of the Year, earned IVCA Honorable Mention All-State and Second Team All-Southwestern Conference honors, and was selected to the Metro East Classic All-Tournament Team. Her recognition started even earlier, as Lane was named 8th Grade Athlete of the Year at Millstadt Consolidated School and was included on the 2025 AVCA Phenom Watch List. Lane has also continued building her recruiting experience, attending camps at Ohio State, Northwestern, Winthrop and other college programs. With a 83.9 PPV, her combination of national experience, high school production and defensive consistency makes her a 2029 libero worth knowing.

Madison Foss is a new name on our radar in the 2031 class, joining a growing group of young prospects we're excited to track with Volt Volleyball. At this stage, we're keeping Foss on our watchlist due to her age while we wait for more updates on her development and continued progress. Even without a full résumé to work from yet, we're excited to follow her journey and see how her game develops over the coming seasons. Volt has continued to give us plenty of young players to keep an eye on, and Foss is another name we're looking forward to learning more about as the 2031 class takes shape.
Emma Eisenman | 2029 OH/DS | OTVA Tampa | PPV: 84.0
Emma Eisenman brings a strong combination of size and versatility to the 2029 class. The 6'0" OTVA Tampa outside hitter/DS has already established herself as a consistent contributor at the high school level while continuing to gain experience in college environments. Eisenman earned 2A District 6 All-District honors in both 2025 and 2026 at Indian Rocks Christian, giving her back-to-back seasons of recognition against high school competition. Her recruiting exposure has also started to build. Eisenman has attended camps at Alabama, Florida and the University of Tampa, giving her opportunities to train in different collegiate environments and continue developing her all-around game. At 6'0", Eisenman owns a 114" block touch and 118" approach touch, giving her a solid physical foundation as an outside hitter. Alex Holba is an intriguing young prospect in the 2030 class, bringing a promising physical profile to both the middle and opposite positions. We also love seeing a player from New York enter our database. We don't get to feature many prospects from the state, which makes discovering young talent from that area especially exciting. Holba's ability to play both middle and opposite gives her valuable versatility as she continues developing her game and gaining experience. She's currently on our watchlist due to her age, but the early physical indicators are enough to make her a player we're excited to track. As we get more updates on Holba and her development, we'll be keeping a close eye on how this young New York prospect continues to progress.

Maria Paes is a versatile 2028 defensive prospect from Boston United who has already established herself as a consistent presence on the court. A libero/DS with setter as her secondary position, Paes brings value in the back row while also having the versatility to step into a setting role when needed. Paes has been a varsity starter throughout her high school career and has earned recognition beyond her school team. Sofia Gagunashvili is an intriguing young 2030 prospect who has already shown a clear trajectory of growth. The 5'9" OH/OPP earned MVP of the Year in 2025 before being named her team's Most Improved Player in 2026, showing how quickly her game has continued to develop. Gagunashvili brings versatility to both the outside and opposite positions, giving her multiple ways to contribute offensively as she continues refining her game. Shelby Damron is a well-rounded 2028 outside hitter/DS who has already built a strong foundation at both the high school and club levels. The 6'0" Mintonette Sports standout has shown the ability to contribute in multiple areas while earning recognition for her performance on the court. Damron earned All-Conference Honorable Mention in the OCC and helped Big Walnut High School reach the Ohio Regional Finalist stage, advancing to the Elite 8. She has also been recognized as a MaxPreps Player of the Match four times, while earning features from both the Delaware Gazette and Columbus Dispatch. Her success extends beyond volleyball as well. Damron is a Scholar Athlete Award recipient, adding another piece to a profile that reflects both athletic and academic commitment. On the recruiting side, Damron has attended camps at William & Mary, Wofford, Samford and several other programs, gaining experience in high-level college environments and continuing to expand her exposure. At 6'0", Damron owns a 118" approach touch, giving her a solid physical foundation as she continues developing as an outside hitter. With her versatility, high school production and growing recruiting experience, she's a 2028 prospect worth keeping on the radar.
Dylan Kupiec | 2028 MB/OPP | WAVE | PPV: 99.2
Dylan Kupiec is the kind of prospect whose résumé immediately demands attention. The 2028 MB/OPP is a high-level national prospect who has already established herself in the USA Volleyball pipeline and proven she can perform on the biggest club stages. Kupiec has been part of the USA Volleyball NTDP, gaining experience in an environment reserved for some of the country's top young players. She backed that up in 2026 by earning a spot on the Nationals All-Tournament Team, showing that her game translates when the competition reaches its highest level. Her recruiting process included extensive exposure to high-level college programs, ultimately leading her to Tennessee, where she committed on June 19. The fit gives the Volunteers a major addition in the 2028 class and adds another elite middle/opposite to their future roster. With a 99.2 PPV, Kupiec sits at the very top of our current evaluation scale. That number matches the trajectory we've seen from a player with NTDP experience, national-level recognition and a rapidly developing college profile. For a new profile, Kupiec is about as high-level as it gets. She is already competing at a national level — and Tennessee is getting one of the most exciting players in the 2028 class.
Ava Zokle | 2029 LIB/DS | Athlete HQ | PPV: 84.9
Ava Zokle is a 2029 libero who has already made a strong impression in both the club and high school environments. The Athlete HQ standout has been invited to the USA Volleyball NTDP, adding national-level recognition to an already promising defensive résumé. One of Zokle's biggest accomplishments came at just 13 years old, when she made the All-Star Team for a 15U team, competing under Akron head coach Tyson Norton. She also played at Nationals, giving her another opportunity to test herself against top competition. At Magnificat High School, Zokle is preparing for her second varsity season, while already demonstrating strong serve-receive ability with a reported 2.2–2.4 passing rating. Emerson Keeney is a 2031 setter/DS we're excited to begin tracking as the class continues to take shape. She enters our database on the Watch List, giving us an early opportunity to follow her development and learn more about the strengths that will define her game. As we continue evaluating more film and gathering additional information on her skill set and physical testing, we'll have a clearer picture of where Keeney fits within the 2031 landscape. For now, we're excited to keep her name in the conversation and continue highlighting her as one of the young players to watch from Austin Skyline. Anya Davis is already making a major impression as one of the most intriguing 2029 front-row prospects in the country. The 6'3" MB/OPP brings an elite combination of size and athleticism to the court, highlighted by a 110" block touch and 125" approach touch. Davis has already proven herself on the national stage, helping Aspire capture the 13U AAU National Championship in 2024. That championship experience at such a young age is an important piece of a résumé that continues to grow as she moves through the recruiting landscape. She's also gained early exposure to the college game, attending camps at Tennessee and Cincinnati and getting a firsthand look at high-level collegiate environments. With a 91.3 PPV, Davis lands firmly in our elite range, and her physical testing numbers reinforce why she's considered such a high-level prospect. At 6'3" with a 125" approach touch, she has the tools to be a significant offensive presence while continuing to develop her blocking game.
