Maddie Gonyeau | Setter | Triangle Volleyball Club | PPV 193
Gonyeau is in the Elite Orange group as a developing setter prospect who is starting to gain traction with college programs as June 15 approaches. While still building her national recruiting footprint, she presents as a high-upside player who fits the mold of a long-term developmental setter with clear tools to work with. At 6'1”, she brings ideal physical size to the position, and her game is trending in the right direction as she continues adding strength and overall consistency. There is noticeable progress in how she handles the pace of play, and her ability to grow into a more physical, commanding setter profile is becoming more apparent. She remains a player that projects best in a system willing to invest time into development, but the foundation is clearly there for long-term growth. A recent camp at Vanderbilt has added to her exposure, and with continued progression this season, she is a name to monitor as recruiting conversations expand. With a PPV of 193, Gonyeau sits in the Elite Orange tier as a developmental setter with real upside.
Riley Stringer | Setter/OPP/RS | TStreet Volleyball | PPV 192
Stringer is one of the more physically unique hybrid prospects in the 2028 Elite Orange group, bringing high-end size, blocking ability, and positional flexibility to the front row. A Triple Crown Elite Finalist and All-Tournament Team selection, she has already shown she can produce in high-level national competition and impact matches against top opposition. At 6'1”, she carries Red-level setting size with real presence at the net, particularly as a blocker where her form, timing, and positioning already stand out. She shows clean hands and solid contact on the ball, with continued growth areas centered around creating tempo on off-system plays and expanding her peripheral vision to better read defensive shifts. Stringer’s blocking is a major separator in her game, with technique that already grades at an advanced level and the potential to become even more disruptive as she adds aggression at the net. As her feel for the position continues to evolve, she projects into a very high ceiling category with legitimate Elite Red upside long term. With a PPV of 192, she profiles as a high-upside, multi-role front-row player whose recruiting value will continue to be shaped by refinement in decision-making and offensive control.
Reese Moriarty | OH | Houston Jrs | PPV 191
Moriarty holds a strong position within the Elite Orange group as one of the more balanced and steadily rising outside hitters in the 2028 class. A 2025 GJNC 15s National Champion and Tournament MVP, she has already proven she can deliver in championship environments while contributing in key moments for high-level teams. At 6'1” with a 121 approach touch and 116 block touch, she brings a composed, in-system style of play that emphasizes efficiency and control. Her passing is reliable, her shot selection is mature, and she consistently finds ways to score without forcing plays, making her a dependable six-rotation option. The next step in her development is separating herself within elite competition, where her consistency and decision-making will be tested against top-tier pin groups. Recent camp stops at Georgia and Missouri have added further exposure, reinforcing her presence on recruiting boards heading into June 15. With a PPV of 191, Moriarty profiles as a steady, high-floor outside hitter with continued room to elevate her impact.
Dakota Washington | Libero/DS | A5 Volleyball Club | PPV 191
Washington continues to be one of the most athletic defensive specialists in the 2028 class, pairing elite movement skills with the ability to make plays that many others simply cannot reach. An AAU National Champion, AAU All-American, and AVCA Phenom Watchlist athlete, she has already built a strong foundation while competing in high-level environments. What stands out most is her range and ability to keep rallies alive. She covers a tremendous amount of court, reacts quickly to changing plays, and consistently finds ways to get a touch on balls that appear destined to hit the floor. As her technical game continues to sharpen, her overall ceiling becomes even more intriguing. Washington has remained active on the exposure circuit, recently attending Metro's Showcase Camp and making a camp stop at Clemson. With college programs continuing to value athletic, high-upside defenders, she is a player who should continue generating attention as recruiting progresses. With a PPV of 191, Washington remains one of the many exciting libero/DS prospects to follow in the class.
Liv Wender | Setter | Legacy Volleyball Club | PPV 191
Wender is a dynamic setter who brings energy, tempo, and an aggressive mindset to the position. A former AAU National Champion and AVCA Phenom Watchlist athlete, she has continued to gain experience through high-level competition and extensive camp exposure while developing into one of the more entertaining setters to watch in the 2028 class. What separates Wender is how she pressures defenses. She is comfortable running a quicker offense, keeps blockers guessing, and is never afraid to attack the ball herself when opportunities present themselves. That offensive mentality helps create advantages for her hitters and adds another layer to her team's attack. With recent exposure at Rice and continued camp activity across the recruiting landscape, Wender remains firmly on the radar for programs looking for setters who can impact a match beyond simply distributing the ball. With a PPV of 191, she continues to be a player worth following as recruiting conversations build.
Zoe Keaney | MB | Spike and Serve | PPV 190
Keaney continues to stand out as one of the more athletic middle blockers in the 2028 class, combining size, speed, and a strong presence at the net. A two-time National Champion and NTDP participant, she has consistently competed in high-level environments and shown she can contribute in winning systems. At 6'3”, she plays quick for her size and covers ground well, making her effective both as a blocker and when transitioning into offensive opportunities. Her timing and mobility allow her to stay active in rallies, and she continues to develop into a more consistent two-way presence at the net. Keaney has stayed active through a busy stretch of clinics and exposure events, continuing to get evaluated by college programs while also attending camp at Cal. With a PPV of 190, she remains an athletic middle with clear upside as she continues to refine her game.
Addison Tucker | Libero/DS | TAV Houston | PPV 190
Tucker continues to develop as a steady back-row presence for TAV, showing clear growth in both her athleticism and overall defensive impact over the last few seasons. She is a solid athlete who brings energy and reliability to the libero/DS role, helping stabilize the defense and extend rallies. Her range is one of her defining traits, as she consistently tracks down difficult balls and covers significant court space. She plays with strength and control in the back row, giving her team a dependable option in both serve receive and transition defense. Recently, Tucker helped lead her team to a championship finish at the Summer NIT, while also gaining exposure at TAV Coaches Camp and making a camp stop at Wake Forest. With a PPV of 190, she profiles as a developing defensive specialist whose athletic base and steady improvement continue to build her recruiting value.
Ella Mossbacher | OH | OTVA | PPV 190
Mossbacher is a long, high-upside pin hitter from Florida who continues to draw attention for her length, court coverage, and ability to impact matches in multiple ways. A 2024 AAU National Champion and All-American, she has already competed and succeeded at a high level, carrying that momentum into strong high school production as Plant High School’s leading scorer. At 6'1”, she uses her frame well to cover space on the outside and presents a difficult matchup because of how much court she can impact. She already shows a developing variety of shots and the ability to score in different areas of the court, giving her offensive versatility as she continues to refine her game. As she continues to develop quicker release timing and add more explosiveness through her approach, her overall ceiling becomes even more intriguing. Her length and reach are clear strengths that translate immediately and cannot be taught, giving her a strong foundation to build on at the next level. Recently, Mossbacher attended the Tribe Showcase and made camp stops at Duke and Georgia, continuing to gain exposure in front of high-level programs. With a PPV of 190, she remains a developing outside hitter with clear long-term upside.
Katherine Clegg | OPP/RS | Skyline | PPV 190
Clegg continues to build her profile as a right-side/opposite with clear offensive skill and developing production against strong competition. A First Team All-District selection in 5-9A and Offensive MVP at Walnut Grove, she has shown she can be a consistent scoring option and a reliable presence on the pin. Her biggest strength is her ability to create offensive impact quickly. She has noticeable snap on her swing and does a good job finding ways to score in tight windows, using smart shot selection and control to keep defenders off balance. Even without elite length, she compensates with timing, placement, and an understanding of how to work around blocks. As she continues to compete at a higher level of competition, the focus will be on how her game translates against taller, more physical pins and whether she can continue to elevate into that next tier. With strong camp exposure and a PPV of 190, Clegg remains a competitive offensive option with room to grow as she pushes toward higher-level recruiting conversations.
