Before They Go: One Last High School Run Before College

Kylee Evans | MB | Committed to Clemson

For Kylee Evans, the final high school run has been another opportunity to show just how much she can impact a match at the net. The 6'0" middle blocker from Woodland High School and A5 Pure Volleyball Club is currently leading her team in both hitting percentage at .431 and blocks with 109, while also pacing the team with 73 aces. Her production has put her at No. 1 in Georgia in blocks and No. 8 in hitting percentage, making her one of the state's most productive players this season. Evans has been building toward this level for years. She has an extensive USA Volleyball NTDP background, including Spring, Summer and Winter training and All-Tournament Team recognition in 2024, along with experience on the SRVA HP Girls U15 Red International Team. She was also named to the AVCA Phenom All-American Second Team, adding to a résumé that reflects her experience in high-level volleyball environments. Now committed to Clemson, Evans is closing out her high school career while continuing to make her presence felt on both sides of the net. With her combination of efficient attacking, blocking production and serving ability, she's giving Woodland plenty to rely on during one final run in a Woodland jersey.

Ella Horvick | Libero/DS | Committed to Duke

For Ella Horvick, the final high school run is the latest chapter in a career built around defensive consistency and experience on some of the biggest stages in club volleyball. The 5'7" libero/DS from Plant High School and OTVA has been part of championship teams since early in her career, including Plant's 2023 Florida Class 7A state championship. Her ability to compete at a high level has earned recognition well beyond the high school season, with Prep Volleyball naming her a Supernova and Star at multiple major events, including the 2024 Nike Tournament of Champions and Triple Crown NIT. Horvick's résumé also includes selection to Team Florida's U15 National Team for the USA All-Star Championships, an AAU Junior National Girls All-Tournament Team honor and multiple stops at Nationals. She has continued to earn recognition as a defender, including being named a high school midseason standout at libero, while also attending UA NEXT. Now committed to Duke, Horvick is bringing her experience and defensive game into her final season at Plant. With years of high-level competition behind her, she has the opportunity to help lead one more run for the Panthers before taking the next step in her volleyball career.

Molly Robertson | Setter | Committed to Penn State

Molly Robertson is heading into her final high school season with a résumé that reflects years of success at the setter position and experience competing against top-level talent. The 5'10" setter from North Allegheny and AVC Cleveland has earned recognition at both the high school and club levels, including a MaxPreps Pennsylvania Player of the Year honor and selections to the Big 56 All-Star Team, All-WPIAL Class 4A All-Star Team and WPIAL Class 4A Section 1 All-Star Team. Robertson has also made her mark on the national recruiting scene. She was named MVP of the 2023 Under Armour NEXT Camp in Kansas City and has attended additional UA NEXT camps in Indianapolis and Orlando. Her résumé also includes multiple JVA Watchlist selections, highlighting the consistency she has shown as she continues to develop her game. Now committed to Penn State, Robertson is preparing to close out her high school career before joining one of the country's premier volleyball programs. With her experience, recognition and future at the next level already secured, her final run at North Allegheny is another opportunity to make the most of her time in a Tigers uniform.

Kiersten Moore | Setter | Committed to: Michigan

At 6'2", Kiersten Moore brings a different kind of presence to the setter position. The Forza One and Vista Murrieta standout combines size with the responsibilities of running an offense, giving her a unique skill set as she enters her final high school season. Moore has earned All-Southwestern League recognition and gained experience through the USA Volleyball National Team Development Program, adding to her background as a setter competing at a high level. Her combination of physical tools and experience makes her an intriguing player to follow throughout her senior campaign. With her future set at Michigan, Moore is preparing for one final run at Vista Murrieta before taking her game to the collegiate level. Her senior season is a chance to build on the foundation she's established and finish her high school career on a strong note.

Molly Drake | OH/OPP | Committed to: Rutgers

At 6'4", Molly Drake has the size and offensive production to make a major impact on the pin, and she's putting together a standout final high school season at Downingtown East. The Jersey Juniors outside hitter/opposite is leading her team with 4.3 kills per set and 303 total kills, while ranking No. 2 in Pennsylvania in total kills. Her ability to consistently produce points has made her a key part of the Cougars' offense as she closes out her high school career. Drake has been a consistent presence throughout her high school career, earning Ches-Mont First-Team All-Conference honors and Third-Team All-District recognition in consecutive seasons. She has also been named to the AVCA Phenom Watchlist and earned AVCA Best and Brightest Second Team honors, adding national recognition to her high school success. With her combination of height, attacking production and experience, Drake is giving Downingtown East plenty to build around during its final run together. Next up is Rutgers, where she'll bring her powerful presence at the pin to the collegiate level.

Jordan Flodder | OPP | Committed to: LMU

At 6'5", Jordan Flodder is putting together a dominant final high school season at Van High School. The left-handed opposite from 1United is leading her team in kills per set at 4.7, hitting percentage at .441, total kills with 375, blocks with 62 and aces with 77. That level of production across multiple statistical categories makes Flodder a major offensive weapon, especially for an opposite who can impact the game with both her attacking and serving. Her numbers are translating into success beyond her team's stat sheet, too. Flodder ranks No. 1 in hitting percentage, kills and aces in District 15 of Texas' 4A Region II, highlighting just how consistently she has produced throughout the season. She also brings experience through the USA Volleyball National Team Development Program, adding another layer to her background as a high-level prospect. With her size, left-handed attacking angle and ability to score in multiple ways, Flodder is giving Van a standout presence during her final high school run. She'll take that game to Loyola Marymount University, where her combination of power and efficiency will be an exciting addition to the Lions' program.

Kendall Hubbard | S/OH | Committed to: Miami (Ohio)

Kendall Hubbard has made her mark at Mount Notre Dame as a versatile playmaker who can contribute both as a setter and an outside hitter. The 2027 Elevation standout is currently leading her team with 547 assists, taking on a key role in keeping the offense running during her final high school season. Her ability to contribute across positions gives Mount Notre Dame flexibility while showcasing the range of her game. Hubbard's experience extends well beyond the high school level. She earned a USAV Girls Junior National Championship 15 National All-Tournament Team selection and has participated in multiple development opportunities, including NTDP Experience Camp, the NTDP OVR Accelerator and UA NEXT camps. She's also been named an AVCA Phenom numerous times and selected to the OVR All-Stars. At the high school level, her honors include Second Team All-State, First Team All-District and multiple league recognitions. As Hubbard wraps up her career at Mount Notre Dame, she's bringing valuable experience and playmaking ability to the final stretch of the season. With Miami University next, she has an exciting opportunity ahead to continue developing her game at the collegiate level.

Avery Kapeller | OH/DS | Committed to: Georgetown

Avery Kapeller is making the most of her final high school season at Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory, establishing herself as one of the team's most productive offensive players. The 6'2" outside hitter/DS from High Performance Volleyball Academy leads her team with 5.2 kills per set and 305 total kills, continuing to build on a career that has already made her the high school program's all-time kill leader. Kapeller's production has been matched by consistent recognition. She earned All-State Third Team honors, along with All-Region, All-Catholic and All-League selections, and was named her team's MVP. Her résumé also includes AVCA Phenom recognition, JVA Watchlist selections in consecutive years, a UA NEXT appearance and Beast of the East All-Tournament Team honors. With her combination of size, offensive output and experience, Kapeller has been a major part of St. Mary's success throughout her high school career. Now committed to Georgetown, she's closing out her final season with the chance to add to an already impressive legacy before taking her game to the collegiate level.

Delaney Wright | OH/DS | Committed to: Utah

Delaney Wright is putting together a standout senior season at Montgomery High School, leading her team in multiple offensive categories. The 5'10" outside hitter/defensive specialist from TAV Houston is averaging 5.1 kills per set, hitting .365 and leading the team with 64 aces and 552 total kills. Her production has also put her at No. 7 in Texas in total kills, making her one of the state's top offensive producers this season. Wright's ability to contribute across multiple areas has made her a key player for Montgomery, combining consistent attacking production with a strong serving presence. With her final high school season underway, she's continuing to make an impact before taking her game to the next level. Committed to Utah, Wright is closing out her high school career with an impressive statistical resume and plenty of momentum heading into college volleyball.

Anne Culkar | OH/DS | Committed to: App State

Anne Culkar is making her mark during her senior season at Saint Joseph Academy, leading the team in both kills per set and total kills. The 5'11" outside hitter/defensive specialist from AVC is averaging 3.8 kills per set with 195 total kills, establishing herself as a key part of the team's offensive production. As Culkar wraps up her high school career, she'll look to keep that momentum going while bringing her experience and versatility to the next level. With her commitment to Appalachian State, she's preparing for the next chapter of her volleyball career after a productive final run at Saint Joseph Academy.

Ella Rowe | MB/OH | Committed to: Fresno State

Ella Rowe has built an impressive high school career at Bullard High School, establishing herself as a record-setting presence at the net. The 6'2" middle blocker/outside hitter from Valley Volleyball Academy holds Bullard's career kills record, single-match record with 33 kills, and both the single-season and all-time records for blocks. Her impact started early, earning Varsity Newcomer of the Year as a freshman while leading the team in blocks. Rowe's accomplishments extend well beyond the high school level. She earned D3 Playoff MVP honors while helping Bullard capture the 2025 CIF Central Section Division 3 Championship and CMAC League title, along with First Team All-CMAC recognition. On the club side, her résumé includes a USAV Nationals All-Tournament Team selection after finishing runner-up in 16 Liberty, NorCal Winter Classic 16 Open Elite All-Tournament Team honors, and a 2025 UA NEXT invitation. With a combination of high school records, postseason success and national club experience, Rowe has made her mark at every level. Now committed to Fresno State, she's heading into the next chapter of her career after an accomplished run at Bullard.

Lilah Laaper | Setter | Committed to: Austin Peay

Lilah Laaper is leading the offense at Coshocton High School during her senior season, currently pacing the team with 462 assists. The 2027 setter from Mintonette Sports has continued to build on a high school career marked by leadership and consistent recognition, serving as a varsity captain. Laaper's résumé includes unanimous First Team All-District 5 and First Team All-Muskingum Valley League honors in 2024, along with an AVCA Phenom Watchlist selection. She also earned All-Tribuneland Team recognition and a Muskingum Valley League Second Team selection earlier in her high school career. With experience leading her team's offense and a strong record of individual honors, Laaper is finishing her high school run while preparing for the next level. Danielle Lewis | Lib/DS | Committed to: Missouri

Danielle Lewis is making her presence felt on the defensive end during her senior season at Lake Norman Charter School. The 2027 libero/defensive specialist from Carolina Union Volleyball Club leads her team with 5.1 digs per set and 261 total digs, continuing to build on a high school career that began with an impressive freshman season as the starting libero. Lewis averaged 4.2 digs per set and recorded 373 digs as a freshman, earning All-Conference recognition and Defensive MVP honors. Her résumé also includes an AVCA Phenom Watch List selection, Capitol Hill Classic Best Receiver honors during, and the Dirty Shovel Award at the Davidson College High School Elite Camp for her ability to keep plays alive defensively. With a track record of defensive production and recognition dating back to her early high school years, Lewis is closing out her final season with another strong campaign. She's committed to Missouri, where she'll bring her defensive instincts and ball-control skills to the next level.

Marley Bemus | S/OPP | Committed to: Oregon State

Marley Bemus brings versatility and control to the court as a 5'10" setter/opposite for COAST Volleyball Club and San Clemente High School. The 2027 prospect combines a smooth touch with disciplined footwork, allowing her to stay balanced and squared to her targets when delivering accurate sets. Her ability to contribute as both a setter and an opposite gives her multiple ways to impact the game. As a setter, Bemus shows an emphasis on consistency and precision, helping put her teammates in position to attack. Her footwork and body positioning allow her to create a reliable connection with her hitters, while her versatility adds another dimension to her game. With her combination of setting skills and positional flexibility, Bemus is preparing for the next chapter of her volleyball career. She's committed to Oregon State, where she'll have the opportunity to continue developing her game at the collegiate level.

Kate Colosky | MB/OH | Committed to: Long Beach State

Kate Colosky is making an impact on both sides of the net during her senior season at Portage Central High School. The 6'1" middle blocker/outside hitter from FaR Out Volleyball leads her team with 3.3 kills per set and a .298 hitting percentage, while also contributing 44 blocks and 231 total kills. Her ability to contribute offensively and at the net makes her a versatile presence for Portage Central. Colosky's experience extends beyond her high school program, with recognition including the AVCA Phenom Watchlist, JVA 2027 Watchlist and MIVCA All Academic Team. She's also earned All-Conference and All-Region honors and received an All-State nomination. Her experience includes attending both NTDP and UA NEXT. With a combination of offensive production, front-row versatility and experience in the recruiting circuit, Colosky is finishing her high school career with a strong résumé. Committed to Long Beach State, she's preparing to take her game to the collegiate level.
