Horns vs. Huskers: We’ve All Thought About It

In the 2025 season, all eyes have been on two teams: the Texas Longhorns and the Nebraska Cornhuskers–both undefeated powerhouses chasing another national title. Beyond their current dominance this season, these teams have a rich history of rivalry matchups, facing off countless times in regular-season play and twice in the championship finals in the past 10 years, each taking a title.

As of right now, there’s no official game scheduled between the two teams, but with how dominant they have been it's inevitable for them to meet in tournament play. A matchup between them in the tournament finals would be absolutely electric, the kind of event that would draw a massive crowd and could define the entire season with an unforgettable showdown.

These incredible teams will definitely put on a high-intensity match, likely pushing it all the way to a fifth set.
