Wilson: Prospect Stat Cast

In our first Prospect Stat Cast presented by T.O.P. COMBINE Series (Omaha July 26th and Philly August 2nd)

Baylee Wilson is our 2029 Player Profile in the spotlight.  One of the best, if not the best, '29 prospect on the West Coast, Baylee plays with WAVE VBC and is the go-to OH weapon on that stacked squad.  She is a 6-rotation dominator, but here is her stat line tonight.

Block Touch: 114" and Approach of 121". Honestly, Baylee is one of the few who play much higher than her testing #s would reflect.  Her "actual heights" have to be nearly similar to these controlled heights because if you have seen Wilson play, it is vertical and getting over blocks vs. the best in the nation has never been seen as a problem, yet in her career.

**So recruiting-wise, I would say coaches would make a note of this, and of course, she is going to have to play higher than 10'1 and block higher than 9'6" to play in the P4, but it doesn't happen that often that tests are switched for the worse.  The high efficiency, power, and high IQ are all huge in helping her dominate right now.  That is what the StatCast says about one of America's Best in the Class of 2029.
