Create a Player ProfileQ&A With Dream Team Invitee Brady Collins

A 5-11 setter out of North Carolina – the 13 year old Collins is playing at a level matured well beyond her years, and looks like a seasoned veteran out on the court. It doesn’t matter what the pass looks like, she will find a way to convert it into a hittable ball, curated specifically to the hitter's unique needs. She ran a firecracker of an offense for her Triangle 14 Black team, claiming victory in their age division at MAPL Raleigh, and finishing 5th at the Big South Qualifier – earning a bid for nationals. It isn’t just her setting that makes her so good, but her quick reflexes and ball control make her a great defender as well, something Nebraska has emphasized with their setters. She’s also not afraid to take the ball over on two, throwing in a dump to the back corner – completely catching the opposing defense off -guard. Brady has extended her athletic prowess beyond just the sport court, and is an avid beach volleyball player as well. The nature of her dynamic, all-around game makes her excellent in the sand, winning the 14U bracket of the Sinjin Beach tournament alongside another fellow invitee, Francesca Sales. With the recent invitation to Dream Team camps, it can be assumed that Collins is a major target for the 2030 recruiting cycle, and will fill the setter role for the next several seasons.
