She has built a strong foundation through early development opportunities, attending the UA Next Middle School Camp in both 2024 and 2025. Wells has also seen success at both the school and club levels, earning recognition as a 2x Garcia Middle School Champion (Northside ISD) while helping her teams qualify for top divisions, including the 2024 12 National Division (Alamo 12 Premier) and the 2025 13 Open Division (Alamo 13 Premier). She has recently added a select camp at TCU, continuing to expand her exposure and development at the next level. Schaeffer has built an impressive résumé, earning Missouri All-State honors and recognition as an Under Armour Next athlete. Her accolades also include 1st Team All-Conference, 1st Team All-District, First Team All-District (2024), 2nd Team All-District, and Honorable Mention All-Conference (2024), highlighting her sustained excellence at the high school level. At the club and national level, she has earned spots on the Show Me Qualifier All-Tournament Team and participated in the NTDP Accelerator program, further showcasing her ability to compete against elite talent.
