Create a Player ProfileThe Countdown: Northeast Region’s Top 15 PPV Performers in the 2028 Class

The Northeast Region continues to produce high-end talent in the 2028 class, with athletes who are already separating themselves through a combination of physical tools, volleyball IQ, and competitive maturity. Using PPV as our primary evaluation metric, we’ve ranked the top 15 prospects from the region, with North Carolina serving as the southern cutoff for this list. This group features impact players across every position, many of whom are already competing up an age group, earning NTDP recognition, and projecting as high-level collegiate prospects early in the recruiting cycle.
15. Chloe Canetto, OPP – Metro (Orange)
Elite size that immediately stands out, especially on the right side. Lefty with a strong blocking presence who continues to improve her athleticism and body control. High motor and strong work ethic.

Great size and length and starting to really understand how to use her body. Shows the ability to step inside and contact the ball high with a quality swing.
