Newest Player Profiles: Solid Competitors with a couple of Household Names

Welcome back to the Newest Player Profiles article of the week! After handling the June 15 and continued blitz of recruiting news, we are excited to restart our regularly scheduled content!

Julianna Galstian - 2028, Libero/DS, Sports Academy 15s Premier, PPV 168

With great touch and composure, Galstian’s play has allowed her to thrive and attend camps with prominent programs like UCLA! Already the captain of her high school team, both the physical skills and intangible qualities appear to be strong with this one!

Charley Moeddel - 2027, Middle, Tri-State Elite 16 Blue, PPV 170

Moeddel is solid in all aspects of the game, possessing a quick and lethal swing while also extending high above the net when defending. Earning a 16 Open All-American honor this past week at AAU Nationals, she is an athlete to follow!

Anabelle Cummings - 2028, Libero/DS, AZ Rev 16 Premier, PPV 223

A star on the rise, Cummings has continued to impress our staff well before creating her profile! Making spectacular plays with ease, she has garnered numerous recognitions, including invitations to NTDP and UA Next camps.

Kenzie Bentosino - 2028, Libero/DS, Sudden Impact 16-1 Thunder, PPV 135

Free-flying and fierce, this libero is a versatile player. She shines both on the court and in the sand, making her quite an intriguing prospect! Regardless of which route she chooses to pursue in the future, if not both, I am sure she will find success!

Carolyn Maria - 2029, Setter/Right Side, Metro 14T, PPV 192

Just finishing up 8th Grade and already standing tall at 6 feet 1, Maria’s frame is undeniable. Dominant at the right pin, whether she is terminating balls or dishing dimes, both skill sets are equally impressive. Winning 14 Open best setter at the Capitol Hill Classic earlier this year, it’s clear others see her talent just as we do!

Allison Veres - 2028, Setter, AZ Storm 15T

You don’t set for the Storm if you aren’t ELITE at your position, and Veres lives up to that bill. Silky smooth hands and consistently clean delivery, her hitters are always in a great situation to end the rally. Although we have not given her a PPV yet, I am certain it will be a strong number!

Kaitlyn Vogel - 2027, Libero/DS, Vision 16-1 Gold, PPV 170

Just like the others liberos on this list, Vogel carries on the persistent characteristics of dependability and a super high motor. She exemplifies everything a college coach is looking for, and we look forward to her upcoming decision!

Rilynn Wingenbach - 2028, Middle, HPSTL 15 Royal, PPV 217

Impossible to ignore, this athlete is undoubtedly a star of the next generation. Towering over opponents, Wingenbach has her way at the net, attacking with virtually no resistance and constructing a wall on the regular. Watch out for Rilynn - or should I say look up!
