Shelby Tynes

Shelby Tynes is a versatile 2030 prospect who competes indoors with Austin Performance while also playing beach volleyball for ATX Juniors. The 5'11" outside/opposite continues to build a well-rounded game by competing in both disciplines. Tynes has recorded a 116" block touch and 118" approach touch, solid athletic markers for a young player in the 2030 class. Her versatility allows her to contribute from multiple attacking positions, while her experience on both the indoor and beach courts gives her a strong foundation as she continues to develop. She is a player worth following as she gains more experience and continues building her game.

Kaili Pizarro

Kaili Pizarro is a left-handed setter/opposite from WAVE in the 2031 class. She has earned the Academic Excellence Award at Cathedral Catholic from 2024–2026, reflecting her commitment both on the court and in the classroom. At 5'3", Pizarro has recorded a 99" block touch and 103" approach touch. She is currently on our Watch List as we continue to evaluate more film and gather additional information before assigning a full PPV.

Ruthie Hanzel is a versatile outside hitter/defensive specialist from South Central who has been active on the camp circuit, gaining valuable experience at programs including Kentucky, Nebraska, Omaha, and several others. Celia Suey

Celia Suey is one of the top athletes in the 2028 class and has all the tools to make an impact at the next level. The 6'2" outside hitter is committed to Loyola Marymount, a fit that reflects the level of player she has become. Suey's résumé includes earning Sports360 All-Academic Team honors, JV MVP, and helping Xavier College Preparatory capture the 2025 Arizona 6A State Championship. Athletically, she stands out with a 117" block touch and 122" approach touch, giving her the explosiveness to be a factor on both sides of the net. What separates Suey is her combination of size, athleticism, and all-around ability. She has also continued to expand her experience by attending a camp at Tarleton State. At 5'8", Stephens has recorded a 103" block touch and 116" approach touch. Her ability to contribute on both the front and back row gives her versatility, and she has continued to build a solid résumé through her high school success and college camp experience. Stephens is a well-rounded prospect who will be one to follow as she continues her development.

Blue Spears is a high-level 2031 prospect who brings impressive size and versatility to the court as a setter/opposite. At 5'10", Spears has the physical tools to make an impact from multiple positions while continuing to develop her game. Spears has already begun gaining valuable exposure at the collegiate level, recently adding select camps at Oklahoma, Creighton, and Texas to her résumé. Competing in those environments this early in her career speaks to the potential she brings as one of the stronger young prospects in the 2031 class.

Cameron Amsbaugh is a 2031 prospect from Volt Volleyball who brings experience as a middle blocker/outside hitter. At 5'7", Amsbaugh is continuing to develop her game and build her résumé as she gains more experience in the club environment. Amsbaugh is currently on our PPV Watch List while we continue to gather more information, evaluate additional film, and get a better understanding of her long-term projection. Tegyn Nogowski is an exciting young prospect in the 2033 class from Volt who brings experience as a libero/defensive specialist and setter. As one of the younger players we are beginning to track, Nogowski will be part of our Young Guns Watch List as we continue to follow the next wave of talent. While we do not currently rank the 2032 and 2033 classes, we will continue evaluating Nogowski, watching her development, and keeping her on our radar as her recruiting journey begins to take shape. We are excited to follow her progress as she continues building her game.

Nola Quichocho is a 2030 prospect from Volt Volleyball who contributes as an outside hitter/defensive specialist. Mara Paquette is a 2029 prospect from Barrie Elites VC who has already built an impressive résumé while consistently competing up an age group. Paquette has been a four-time Season Team MVP, showcasing the impact she has made within her club environment. Her accomplishments continue to grow, including being named an All Canadian in 2026, earning an NEP Futures Invite, and receiving an early invite to the 2027 Cwench Games. At the high school level, Paquette was named Rookie of the Year at Maple Ridge Secondary School. At 5'10", Paquette brings size and versatility as a setter/defensive specialist, with a 102" block touch and 107" approach touch. Her combination of leadership, experience playing up, and early recognition makes her an intriguing player to continue following in the 2029 class.
