Create a Player ProfileBlair Thiebaud Earns Spot in Prestigious Under Armour All-America Volleyball Game

University of Louisville women’s volleyball’s next addition is already making her mark on the national stage. Incoming setter Blair Thiebaud has been selected to compete in the 2026 Under Armour Next All-America Volleyball Game, one of the highest honors awarded to high school volleyball players in the United States.
Each year, Under Armour selects 28 of the nation’s top high school athletes to participate in All-America Week, a multi-day event centered on elite training, competition, and development. The invitation-only experience brings together the best players in the country and serves as a launching point for athletes preparing to transition to the collegiate level.
Thiebaud, a 6-foot setter from College Station High School, has built a strong résumé throughout her high school and club career. She helped lead Houston Skyline Volleyball Club’s 17 Open team to a national championship, earning recognition for her court vision, decision-making, and leadership at the setter position.
Early Enrollment and New Chapter at Louisville
Thiebaud will enroll early at the University of Louisville this January, allowing her to complete a full academic semester ahead of her first collegiate season in the fall of 2026. Early enrollment provides a valuable opportunity to acclimate to the college environment, begin strength and training development, and gain familiarity with Louisville’s system before competition begins.
Her commitment strengthens a highly regarded Louisville signing class, with Thiebaud’s playmaking ability expected to factor prominently into the program’s future. Louisville has consistently established itself among the nation’s top programs, particularly known for developing high-level setters at the collegiate level.
What the All-America Game Represents
The Under Armour Next All-America Volleyball Game extends beyond a single match. Hosted in Orlando, Florida, the event offers elite coaching, high-level competition, and national exposure against the best players in the country. Participants gain valuable experience competing alongside future collegiate teammates while being evaluated in one of the sport’s most competitive environments.
For Thiebaud, the selection reflects both sustained excellence and continued potential. With her early arrival at Louisville approaching and the opportunity to compete against the nation’s top prospects, her trajectory continues to point upward as she prepares for the next stage of her volleyball career.
