2027 Setter Hadley Lichty Gives Verbal to Robert Morris

Hadley Lichty (Class of 2027, Setter) has announced her verbal commitment to Robert Morris University on May 13, 2026. The 6’0” setter out of Next Level Volleyball Academy and West Forsyth High School has developed into one of North Carolina’s most consistent playmakers, building a strong resume through both high school and club competition.

Lichty earned back-to-back 4A Central Piedmont All-Conference honors in 2023 and 2024, along with AVCA Phenom recognition in both seasons. She also appeared on the 2023 NCHSAA JVA Watchlist, signaling early national attention for her potential at the setter position. Her all-around impact has continued to grow, highlighted by surpassing 1,000 career assists at the high school level.

In addition to her indoor success, she made her mark on the beach circuit, finishing as runner-up in the 2025 NC State Beach High School Best Pairs competition and capturing a state title in the 2025 Team Competition. She was also named Athlete of the Week in North Carolina and has been recognized as a player to watch in the 8A-West region.With a combination of size, experience, and proven leadership at the setter position, Lichty adds an important piece to Robert Morris’ future roster as she continues her career at the collegiate level.
