Caroline Kerr – Tennessee
Redshirt Junior Caroline Kerr has built an impressive career at Tennessee, surpassing 1,069 assists and ranking among the SEC leaders in assists per set last season. She’s known for her precision setting, defensive contributions including digs and aces, and her ability to control the pace of the game. Kerr’s leadership and consistency make her one of the SEC’s standout setters.

Kassie O’Brien – Kentucky
Kassie O’Brien has made an immediate impact as a freshman at Kentucky, stepping in to fill big shoes left by senior setter Emma Grome. She’s earned multiple SEC weekly honors, including Co-freshman of the Week and two Setter of the Week awards, and has recorded at least 30 assists in her last five matches. O’Briens skill and consistency have quickly established her as one of the conference’s top young setters.

Kiki Remensperger – Arkansas
After an impressive freshmen year at Boise State, where she earned Mountain West Freshman of the Year honors, Kiki Remensperger has quickly made her mark at Arkansas. Splitting time as both a setter and hitter, she’s brought versatility and composure to the Razorback offense, already totaling over 200 assists in conference play. While Arkansas’ conference start has been rough, only one win so far, vs. Ole Miss, Kiki remains a bright spot in their rotation.

Ella Swindle – Texas
Ella Swindle has been a steady leader for Texas since arriving on campus in 2023, when she guided the Longhorns to a national title as a freshman. After earning multiple regional and national honors early in her career, she’s continued that success into 2025, most recently being named Setter of the Week (9/22). Swindle remains the centerpiece of Texas’ offense, consistently posting 30+ assist performances and running one of the most efficient attacks in the conference.

Alexis Stucky – Florida
A redshirt junior and veteran leader for Florida, Alexis Stucky has brought steadiness and high - level experience back to the Gators’ offense this season. After missing much of 2023 with an ACL injury, she’s reestablished herself as one of the SEC’s most dynamic setters, recording seven double-doubles and her first career triple-double in their win over Auburn. While Florida has had some questionable matches this season, Stucky has proven her determination to lead the Gators’ offense as they challenge tougher SEC competition ahead.
