Following just a few of our Player Profile athletes, here are some of those around the country with some heat as their Prep Season Starts.
The RISERS of the PPV Charts
Morgan Nesloney - Libero - John Cooper School/TAV - Texas - Elite Red
We also focused on Nesloney in our Liberos special last night, but when you receive texts following the article from scouts, then you know a prospect is on the right track. Nesloney had a very good summer and is carrying that over to the ever-competitive Texas Prep season. So watch her, everyone.
Leah Greeny - OH - 3DGE/Morgantown High - West Virginia - Silver
Greeny gained a Mountaineer-sized bump heading into high school preseason as she bumped onto our radar and following big reports from her three select camps (UK, Pitt, and UT), plus a 10’4” approach touch as a freshman and an advanced volleyball IQ from a life spent in the gym already. Looking for her to tear up West Virginia prep volleyball this season on her way to a very busy January through June! Get her on your radar; her PPV should continue to rise.
Audrey Sutherland - NNJ/Bishop Manogue and Nevada, also Elite Red
Sutherland was featured post-Nationals coverage and attended many top Select Camps, and may be one of the ultimate tweener in the class. Audrey understands. Strength and explosiveness are where the 6’4” (all of that) OH needs to develop, and she really got a taste of that at the end of the summer, being able to attend Select Camps like Wisconsin and Penn State. But, she is on the radar and her high school team is attending some top Prep Tourneys, which means more exposure for her and more “tryouts”.
Maggie Jewell - Middle - NC Academy/East Chapel Hill High Elite Orange
Jewell has been one of the more active prospects at updating her profile and has already earned an all-tourney award this prep season. She was consistent at the end of the summer, whether it was a camp or workouts, and advertising her game on her socials.
Ava Martinez - Middle - AZ Sky/Sunnyslope High Orange
Martinez moved up the charts at the end of her summer after stops at Utah and Mizzou elite camps, and also added 2 inches to her block touch. Keep it up, Ava. We have our eyes on you and are ready to bump you even more.
Finley Brennan - Setter/Opp - NC Academy/Middle Creek High - Green
Another strong NC Academy athlete, Brennan, made a jump after a great NC State camp and bumped her TOP Scores. Also, her efficient ability on the pin and as a setter helps her cause.
