New Player Profile: Dominated with Youngins

Milena Aebischer - Middle Blocker Class of 2028 - Club: NC Academy - Elite Orange Prospect

Aebischer is an athlete we need to learn a bit more about, even though we have talked about her a few times already. She made the move from Utah to North Carolina late last Summer and has interest from several schools because of that. We just featured her in our recent “From the Film Room” session, but knowing the approach and block touch will give a better idea of the exact PPV. She will factor into the conversation for sought-after middles in this class, though that is for sure.

Isabella Gomez - Opposite Class of 2028 - Club: Houston Jrs - Green Level Prospect

Gomez has attended camp locally at Rice University and is a shot maker right now. She needs to work on the explosive part of her game throughout the season as recruiting time approaches.

Braylin Coacher - Setter Class of 2029 - Club: Paramount - Green Level Prospect

Braylon is a ’29 Setter just really beginning her story. This will be a big developmental season for her as she goes through the older competition, camps, and more.

Breanna Benavides - Libero Class of ’27 - Club: Austin Jrs - Villanova Verbal - Green Level Prospect

Benavides made the decision to verbally commit to Nova after camping at several high academic schools. The Texas libero was a former AVCA Phenom and has played in several large tournaments in her career with Austin Jrs.

Ramsie Turner - Setter Class of 2028 - Club: KIVA - Orange Level Prospect

Turner is no stranger to playing in pressure matches. She is the setter for KIVA and Assumption High School, one of the top high school programs. She has big match experience.

Lana Frelix - Opposite Class of 2028 - Club: SG Elite - Silver Level Prospect

Already with a 9.7 TOP Score on her Approach Touch, Frelix is an athlete on the RS, which will automatically get you noticed. We had to do our homework on Lana as her submission was pretty bare, but we got the 411 and glad we did.  Multiple NTDP invites, 2x UA NEXT invitee and already been to at least two B1G Selects so combine that with the physical stats and yes she is a prospect to watch for sure!

Siera Aswad - Setter Class of 2029 - Club: WAVE - Orange Level Prospect

Aswad is another young ’29 playing in a great club. She is early in her journey, so her PPV is an act in progress, but she will play against the best competition, and she is tall for her class.

Rylee Triplett - Outside Class of 2029 - Club: Shockwave - TBD

Triplett did play Varsity for her high school team as a freshman, but we are still working before we give her an initial PPV score. Being in 2029, we need to get more physical information, and then we will put a baseline out for the Shockwave Outside, which plays six rotations.

Hiba Mahamed - Setter Class of 2029 - High School: Westfield, VA - Blue Prospect

Mahamed works between Setter and Libero for Westfield and is another young prospect on the list playing local volleyball up until now.

Anzley Davis - Libero 2027 - Club: Amarillo Xtreme - Green Level Prospect

Davis has camped at Oklahoma this past summer and is showing interest in OU, Wyoming, and Virginia currently.

Leigh Finger - Setter Class of 2029 - Club: NC Academy - Green Level Prospect

Finger is another prospect just starting out and one we look forward to following for a couple of years. The ’29 prospect should make a big jump this year as her squad has been to USAV 2x already, so they are playing in Open Tourneys, and NC Academy has a recent history of putting out some legit D1 prospects, so eyes will be on her court.
