Line Change: ROTATE! Here come three more '29 Legacy legit talent prospects

One thing we talk about in recruiting is the dilemma of attending one of the top clubs in the country.  Do I play on the 1's team and take a lesser role?  Play on the 2's team and get more playing time?  Go to a smaller club and be a starter on the 1's team?  I always tell parents I get that athletes want to play and it is never easy to take a lesser role maybe EVER in life, but one thing I have found (and it took me a few years to make myself believe it) is that as hard as it might be to be that role player, I think your best shot to the larger college route is doing exactly what I mentioned above.  It is recruiters jobs to FIND YOU.  Case in point Sunday about 11:28 AM CDT.

Before I headed to the airport I wanted to catch a couple of sets of WAVE vs. Legacy 15s match (AMAZING btw).  We all know about the Legacy's two U17 National Team members....but this story has nothing to do with them at all..

Welcome to the Primetime:

Charlotte Keyes: Red Level Prospect initial- Middle Blocker - 6'2" (6'3"?)

She didn't play in this match, but when you look at her on the sideline you keep looking and she screams college prospect, maybe as much as anyone on the squad besides Lexi Coleman.  Then because I was sitting close to her mom I found out her brother is a Freshman TE at Georgia (and if you don't know football recruiting that doesn't happen unless you are athletic as they come).  So first thing we did was hit the film room when we got home and not sure #s on block and approach touch, but she fits the bill of legit.  She is still developing with her swing mechanics, but her approach is quick all good signs at the next level.

Georgia Addleman: Red Level Prospect initial- Opposite - 6'1"

Addleman is so solid she looks like she could be at the end of her 16s year, she is PHYSICAL, reminds me of Chloe Meester (Louisville) a bit, needs more explosion and is an opposite, but she plays that physical and has pop when she swings and also she plays with a game face that is putting her on the mid-season "Anna DeBeer All-Gameface Team Watchlist".  She is new to the team also and she has to be touching at least 10' if not 10'1"

Riley Harrah: Elite Orange Prospect Level initial- OH/Opp - 5'11"

Harrah can play either pin, but is OH2 behind Coleman and she touches 10'2" already so you can image the spring she has if she is 5'11".  The only hold up with the initial eval is not knowing more about block touch etc. but for a 2029 that means she is projected to be on pace to end up as an Elite Red or Silver prospect potentially by June of 16s season.

**If I'm a school in the Elite Red/Red and I've had trouble landing MB's or OPPs in the Midwest I would start putting a coach at every match for the next 16 months.
