Energy and Competition highlights as Witherspoon attends Vandy's 1st Prospect Camp

One of the Show Me State's best got a chance to show her game at Vandy's first prospect camp this week. Maya Witherspoon (Rockwood Thunder) loved the "energy and high level of competition" at the camp in Nashville. "I loved working with the coaches they were very instructive and helped me with mistakes and how to better myself as a player and person. All of the staff gave great advice in the Q&A session and they really helped me build confidence for June 15th."

Witherspoon, who plans to attend four more camps (Western KY, Duke, Clemson and Wake Forrest) felt she really excelled at 6v6 drills the final day and showed what she is capable of. She did mention her "Camp Highlight" was playing trivia w/ Vandy HC Anders Nelson. Excited to watch this power OH as she camps through July.
