Create a Player ProfileLogan McGuire Climbing '28 "Simply one of the most accurate in the class"

South Dakota 2028 prospect Logan McGuire is truly an "overshadowed" recruit in the class. Small state, small club and to top that off she happens to have the highest rated position prospect in the states history in her same grade. So to say there hasn't been much National Attention paid to the Kairos Setter is an understatement, but that hasn't deterred college coaches from doing there jobs and the Brandon, SD Sophomore is on the short list of some legitimate programs heading into the open period.
McGuire has anchored Kairos' most decorated Open squad for the past several seasons and is a locked in volleyball player who won't say much, but is on point. She really started picking up some serious interest during her 15s season as her squad climbed the National ranks and took down some national powers along the way. Her play was speaking for itself. Of course the recruiter in me had to ask a camp director the million dollar question about McGuire recently, "What about her height, does it hurt her recruiting?" The answer I got back in a convincing tone "We want her at our camp for sure because she is simply one of the most accurate setters in the class and she can dish the rock. That is still the most important thing to being a great setter."
You can look at McGuire's early Summer plans for now and see what they look like. As with everyone in her PPV range 180-205 things change rapidly so we will have an eye on her journey for certain. This is a player coming into her own and just starting to get recognized. Someone is landing a SOLID floor general in June/July.
