Early Star Watch: Hoosier State '29 loads up Summer

Evelyn Shirk continues to climb the PPV charts, nearly ready to burst into the Silver Prospect Level any week now, and the veteran athlete from the State of Indiana is gaining all kinds of college camp attention for the 2nd consecutive June/July.  She will once again hit the campuses hard, this year, as she really tries to get an idea of what schools may take the "lead on her list of favorites" as she heads into her Big Year of Recruiting.

The 1st Alliance Setter attended nearly 10 D1 camps last summer and will hit nine again this year. She just recently added Purdue and SMU to her school list.  She does have a few that are repeat camps like local favorites: IU, Michigan St., and Michigan.  UCLA slipped in a camp invite for Shirk as the Bruins land a camp visit to ANOTHER top Midwest kid in the heart of B1G Country.  2029 is already showing that it will be a deep, deep class at setter and with the "5 for 5 experiment" yet to begin and the Class of 2028 yet to begin committing there are a million miles left before these '29s have a CLUE where they may fit, but Shirk will have an idea what she thinks of many of the Top 25 after her two years of visits.
