Kenna Cogill said she's living out a "lifetime dream" Monday, when she announced her commitment to the University of Nebraska. The 2025 Middle Blocker who played club ball for AZ Storm had previously been committed to Oregon, but decommitted following the departure of Coach Matt Ulmer and staff in January. Cogill who has a PPV of 239, but was viewed as one of the top all-around MB's in the class (volleyball skills, leadership skills, academic and coachability) by VBAdrenaline.com will make a positive impact in many ways to a Nebraska program that is looking to WIN the National Championship every season.
This also seems to be an indication of a perfect type of athlete that new Husker HC DBK built her program upon the past few years at Louisville, with strong athletes that also had strong team first and culture traits. Cogill also joins the deepest talent class in the NCAA's with 6 very highly skilled incoming recruits, plus red-shirt Freshman Skylar Pierce.
