University of Louisville outside hitter Chloe Chicoine was named to the NCAA Lincoln All-Regional Team, earning national recognition after a standout postseason and one of the most complete seasons by a Cardinal attacker in recent program history.
Chicoine’s selection comes after a dominant performance in the NCAA Regional Semifinal, where Louisville pushed Texas A&M to five sets before its season came to a close. The Cardinals finished the year with a 26-7 record, advancing to the regional round for the third consecutive season.
Delivering on the Biggest Stage
In Friday night’s five-set battle against Texas A&M, Chicoine led all players with 26 kills while hitting .300. She added eight digs and three blocks, carrying a heavy offensive load throughout the match and answering consistently in high-pressure moments.
The level of competition further underscored her performance. Texas A&M went on to defeat previously unbeaten Nebraska in the regional final, highlighting the caliber of opponent Chicoine excelled against during postseason play.
