Create a Player ProfileBack Stronger: Norah Hollis Emerging as a Silver-Level Prospect

Norah Hollis checks boxes before she ever takes a swing. At 75" with a 123" touch, the physical measurables alone jump off the page and immediately put her in the conversation for any Division I program in the country. She has the length, the reach, and the natural presence on the pin that coaches covet at the highest levels.
What separates Norah even further is how she uses those tools. Her arm swing speed is elite, allowing her to score in rhythm and out of system. She has impressive range as an attacker, capable of working sharp angles, attacking high hands, and terminating from well off the net. When she gets a clean look, she finishes points with authority.
But Norah’s story isn’t just about size and scoring. During her freshman year of the 2024 high school season, she faced significant adversity when an injury abruptly ended her season. A broken back forced a long and challenging recovery process, one that tested her patience, resilience, and mindset. It was a setback that could have derailed development, but instead became a turning point.
Now fully healthy after a successful return to the high school court, Norah looks refreshed, confident, and motivated. She is currently competing with Colorado Juniors 16 Sherri, where her physicality and offensive upside continue to show growth with each match. The lessons learned during her recovery are evident in her maturity and approach to the game.
After reviewing her film and checking in with multiple college coaches, we are assigning Norah Hollis an initial PPV score of 249, placing her firmly in the Silver-level prospect tier. She is absolutely a name to know in the 2027 class and a player college coaches should be tracking closely. Keep a close eye on Norah next weekend at the Triple Crown NIT, this is just the beginning.
