Louisville Volleyball Kicks Off Spring Season with First Match at Central Hardin

Louisville Volleyball fans—spring season is officially here, and the Cards are back in action this weekend for their first match of the season!
The team is hitting the road to Central Hardin High School for a Saturday night showdown at 7:30 PM, and this one’s packed with storylines you don’t want to miss.
No tickets, no problem—this match is free and first come, first serve (yes, pun fully intended). The 4,000-seat arena is expected to fill up fast, so if you want a good view of the action, get there early.
Ahead of the match, Louisville’s coaching staff will be hosting a coaches clinic, giving local coaches a chance to learn from one of the most respected staffs in the game.
This match also marks the head coaching debut for Louisville’s Dan Meske, taking the helm for the Cards after years as an assistant. Across the net, Anders Nelson enters his second spring match as Vanderbilt’s head coach—his squad already has one spring match under their belt, making them a solid early test for Louisville.
Vandy is led offensively by Princeton transfer and former Ivy League Player of the Year, Kamryn Chaney, who brings power and experience to the Commodores’ front line.
Between the coaching debuts, fresh leadership, and a crowd-ready venue, this match is setting the tone for a big spring season.
See you in Elizabethtown!
