Creighton may be in line to be host site for NCAA Tournament again

Monday, the NCAA released its top 16 seeds for the upcoming NCAA Tournament in December, and the Creighton Bluejays are once again in position to be a host site.

The Bluejays currently sit as the No. 10 seed and are the odds-on favorite once again to win their 12th  BIG EAST conference title.

​

Last year, the Bluejays were the overall fifth seed in the NCAA Tournament and hosted the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament.

​

Their dream season, however, was ended by eventual national champion Penn State, which was the No. 2 seed in the Bluejays region. 

​

The Nittany Lions also knocked off tournament favorite and Big Ten rival, the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
